Its my first time in your site, and i enjoy seeing your videos...
First sorry for my bad english, im portuguese...
And your job, have a good concept, and can really work....
But you have a very big walk to do, one think i realize is you are doing some dangerous thinks,
making the "all green thing", is not easy task, but build safe things must be a priority above all...
Here in Portugal we have very strict building rules, most of them because, the people in the government whant to profit with that rules, the same rules that they desrespect when they build to sell...
But we have for a long time buildings that comply with that rules and in the same time are eco friendly.

Keep the Good Work

It is actually very difficult to conform to Building Regs, even if you are building a conventional house. You will find that Part F - ventilation, conflicts with Part L - Conservation of heat, because F says you have to have a given ventilation rate and L says your infiltration has to be another (much lower) rate. Find all these clashes and you could have the Building Control Officers going round in circles for life while you just get on with things!
